Refund Policy

Applies to: All services offered by CoachingExcellence.ch

At CoachingExcellence.ch, we are committed to providing high-quality coaching and consulting services. Please read our refund policy carefully before making any bookings or purchases. By engaging with our services, you agree to the terms below.

1. Coaching and Consulting Services

All coaching and consulting sessions (including but not limited to NLP sessions, stress management coaching, life and business strategy consultations) are non-refundable once the service has been delivered or partially used.

If a scheduled service has not yet started, clients may request a refund, subject to the following conditions:

  • A service fee of CHF 20.00 will be deducted from the refundable amount to cover administrative costs.

  • The refund request must be made in writing (via email) at least 48 hours before the start of the service.

  • Missed appointments without 48-hour notice are not eligible for refunds.

2. Retreat Bookings and Third-Party Services

Some of our offerings include participation in external retreats or experiences organized by third-party providers.

  • All retreat bookings are subject to the terms and conditions of the third-party organizer.

  • Once a retreat or third-party experience is booked and confirmed, CoachingExcellence.ch no longer holds ownership over the service.

  • Any changes, cancellations, or refund requests must be addressed directly with the third-party provider, according to their stated refund and cancellation policies.

  • CoachingExcellence.ch cannot be held responsible for third-party refund decisions or delays.

3. How to Request a Refund (When Eligible)

To initiate a refund request for an unused coaching service (as defined above), please contact us at:
